Terms and Conditions – SAYUM Store

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SAYUM Store multi-vendor marketplace (sayum.store), including all related services, features, and content. By accessing, browsing, registering, or making a purchase on the platform, you (“User”, “Buyer”, “Seller”, “You”) fully accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Return Policy, Support Policy, and all other applicable policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform / Website: sayum.store and all related services operated by SAYUM Store.
• User: Any person who visits, registers, buys, or sells on the Platform.
• Buyer: A User who purchases products.
• Seller: A User who lists and sells products.
• Content: All text, images, product information, reviews, and other materials on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account per individual or business entity is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• SAYUM Store reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates local, national, or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Product Listings & Purchases

• All product information is provided by Sellers. SAYUM Store does not manufacture or own the majority of products listed.
• Prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product under the stated conditions.
• SAYUM Store and/or the Seller reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your intended use before purchasing.

5. Payments

• All payments must be made through the official payment methods available on the Platform.
• Prices are displayed in the selected currency (USD or PKR) and may include applicable taxes where stated.
• You authorize SAYUM Store and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.
• In case of payment failure, chargeback, or disputed transaction, SAYUM Store reserves the right to cancel the order and take further action, including account restrictions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times and costs are estimates provided by Sellers or the Platform and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise stated.
• SAYUM Store is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the Buyer.
• Buyers must provide accurate and complete delivery addresses. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information are the Buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

All returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy.
By using the Platform, you agree to the conditions, time limits, and procedures stated in the Return Policy.
SAYUM Store may mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers but is not obligated to resolve every case in favor of either party.

8. Seller Obligations

Sellers must comply fully with the Seller Policy.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product quality, fulfillment, and compliance with all applicable laws.
SAYUM Store acts only as a platform facilitator and is not a party to the sales contract between Buyer and Seller.

9. Intellectual Property

• All Platform design, logos, trademarks, software, and original content belong to SAYUM Store or its licensors.
• Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant SAYUM Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the Platform and marketing channels.
• Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action:

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Engaging in price manipulation, fake reviews, or rating abuse
• Attempting to bypass Platform fees or communication systems
• Harassing other Users, Sellers, or support staff
• Using the Platform for any fraudulent or criminal purpose
• Uploading false, misleading, or offensive content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SAYUM Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
• SAYUM Store does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products sold by third-party Sellers.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAYUM Store, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or products you list or purchase

13. Account Suspension & Termination

SAYUM Store may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other Platform policy.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any outstanding obligations (including payments or refunds) remain enforceable.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.

15. Changes to These Terms

SAYUM Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
