Overview

At Sayum Store, we prioritize customer satisfaction. This Return Policy details how buyers can return items and how sellers should handle returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Valid Reasons: Returns are allowed for defective, damaged, wrong, or misrepresented items. "Change of mind" returns are at the seller's discretion but encouraged for non-custom items.
  • Ineligible Items: Perishables, intimates, custom-made products, digital downloads, and hazardous goods are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase (order ID) is required.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the item, and request a return with a reason and photos if applicable.
  2. Seller Approval: Sellers have 48 hours to approve or dispute. If disputed, Sayum Store mediates.
  3. Shipping Back: Use our prepaid label (if available) or ship to the seller's address. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to seller error.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the seller inspects the item within 3 business days.
  5. Refund: Full refund (including original shipping if applicable) issued within 7 days via original payment method. Refunds exclude return shipping costs unless seller fault.

Timeframes

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Exceptions: For international orders, additional customs fees may apply and are non-refundable.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Process returns promptly and fairly.
  • Provide clear return instructions in listings.
  • Non-compliance may affect seller ratings.

Buyer Tips

  • Inspect items upon delivery.
  • Keep packaging intact for potential returns.
  • For disputes, contact support if unresolved.

Special Cases

  • Damaged in Transit: File a claim with the carrier; we assist if needed.
  • Bulk Orders: Handled case-by-case.
  • Gift Returns: Possible with receipt; refund to original purchaser.
